These are my go to daily. I tried the variety flavors but the lemon/lime is my personal favorite. This summer has been exceptionally hot and it is so easy to “over water” yourself. These packets help to stay hydrated without diluting what our bodies need to function. If you’re pouring into a 12 oz bottle of water, you can use 1/2 a packet for casual consumption. I use a full packet if I am outside. They dissolve quickly, no grainy taste.

Fruit Punch is my favorite flavor. I started subscribing to this after a couple of purchases. Love the flavor and it works!! Great for workouts, 'morning after indulging' rehydration and for when the heat is so insane! Mixes really easy and smells as yummy as it tastes.

WARNING!!!!!We were so excited to use this product as what we thought was a healthier option than Gatorade or other electrolytes. My 2 teens and husband drank this for about 1 year and I wanted to warn everyone about this horrible product as it contains 2 high risk ingredients the first one is Silicone dioxide for those that do not know this is an anti caking agent that can lead to IBD as it accumulates in the organs! Sadly my teen son was now diagnosed with IBD! This product should be banned. It also contains another high risk ingredient called Sucralose which is a sweetener that can cause cardiovascular diseases. That’s a re just a few of the “hidden” ingredients found in this particular product. Our food industry is not looking out for our well being there are here just to make money disregarding our health. You all have been warned do your own research into what you put into your body.
