The color ink didn't work. I had to replace it with a name brand ink.

these are reloads and they did not work
These reloads did not work in the printer at all. Printer failed to recognize them. Seller instructed how to clean the contacts on the cartridges. I ordered a product, not a project. Seller would not offer refund. Bought factory cartridges and they instantly worked perfectly. Product is garbage and seller doesn't stand behind its item. Buy something else.
