cap not screwed on tight
the cap on my bottle of polysorbate 80 was not screwed on tight and some of it leaked into the plastic wrapping

I can't really say if the product is good itself because the product arrived damaged and the liquid had leaked all over and out of the bottle I received an empty bottle with a slit on the side
