WeberGourmet Barbeque System Spirit 300 Series Stainless Steel Grates

Fits perfectly in a Weber Smokefire EX4.

I was rebuilding my old Spirit 310, since the old porcelainized cast iron grates were rusting out. I wanted some stainless steel grates and stumbled onto these. I’ll never use the other gourmet system accessories but what you get with this is a seriously heavyweight stainless steel set of grates that fit like a dream and cost the same as a third party set. Plus if I do decide I want to add one of the accessories I can.These really are some of the nicest grates going and they weee cheaper than getting a set of cast iron from Weber. Love them!

So I bought a weber spirit e-210 from lowes, and I was debating between this and the Home Depot "gourmet" version....same dimensions, size, and includes webers switchable center section (griddle, wok, pizza stone, etc.). It comes with the griddle piece. The quality just wasn't there for me....the gourmet version felt cheap, the propane cover thin, cheap, and functioned poorly....I found this replacement setup for the 300 spirit and genesis versions and decided to modify it.....Best of both worlds....spirit 210 quality, fantastic heavy duty grates (best I've seen yet), and the ability to use the griddle, pizza stone, etc...very easy and it looks awesome in my yard.All u need is a vise, grinder, sharpie, and ruler. I already have this setup for my weber performer so I'm pretty much set with gas-charcoal cooking.

My ceramic coated grill grates deteriorated after five years of use. Unfortunately, I was not able to replace them with ceramic coated, but these stainless steel grates work well. I've only used them twice, but so far, so good.

I wanted to replace my original cast iron grate and this unit worked great. Good heavy gauge steel and much easier to place in the dish washer.

I bought this from Amazon market place after trying to find it locally at the store where I had bought my grill. After searching online, I found that Weber does not even make this accessory anymore for the Spirit (although they do make it for the Genesis series). I was very happy to find this online and have used it with the Wok accessory. I have not grilled on this grates because I have the original grates. But these are necessary in order to use any of the other accessories, like the Wok, the pizza stone, etc.

This is the grill plate the Weber Spirit should have shipped with in the first place. The old cast-iron and enamel grates rusted out after 2 years. Stainless Steel for the win. I haven't purchased any of the attachments to go in the center hole yet. I may or may not since I can always toss a cast iron pan on top of the grates. Nice to have the option.

Love the new grate and so easy to clean since it's stainless. Had to modify it unfortunately since they do not make one for the Genesis grill, extremely poor marketing on Weber's part
