I was shown this product through a family member and have used it 3 years in a row for Thanksgiving turkey. Overall the ingredients are good. There doesn't seem to be a bunch of chemicals or by products that don't need to in there. The instructions are easy to follow and kudos to the new style zip lock bag. I typically use this when I smoke a turkey so I do add a little bit extra salt to the rub.Overall this is a great product and I will continue to use. The only downside is I do see that it is getting more popular and harder to find.

I haven't baked many turkeys myself, and this brine and seasoning kit helped me cook a wonderful bird for Thanksgiving. It came out juicy and very well seasoned.

I never brined a turkey and haven’t made many turkeys in my life, this was very easy to use and it was moist and flavorful throughout the turkey, I had a 20lb turkey. The directions state to put the brine bag in the roaster pan for support, but that pan was in use so I put on a cookie sheet, I recommend to definitely follow directions because some of the liquid come pouring out, luckily I was able to catch it and the brine bag is pretty sturdy or it could of been a disaster. Definitely recommend, especially if you have not much experience in brining. Very good! Ty!

I use this Rub & Brine kit every year for thanksgiving. I love the flavor it provides. This year I tried ordering it online instead of buying it at a local store. I won’t be trying that again because both kits came and over half the brine spices had spilled out of their bags and were unusable. The box that it shipped on had NO damage. Kind of a bummer that I can’t get my money back. They are usually worth the money but not if you can’t use them.Product in still great, customer service and quality control…. Not so great this time.

This was the best turkey I've ever made. Can't imagine a better result. People were telling me to start a restaurant after they tasted it. And I agreed with them. When you spend the time and effort you are on pins and needles to see their reaction to your creation. I watched my family's knees melt. And no they weren't "faking it".

To be truthful, I don't use any brine; just rub with olive oil and the RUB, which is to die for! (My guests all agreed, as well.) Note: I find the cooking instructions not to work for me. It burned the skin before I could rescue it.I tried it . I find cooking at 325 the entire time, covering toward the end if browning too quickly, turns out a beautifully browned bird.
