I really wish I had read the reviews on this. It’s simply not a book but a few clips cobbled together more like a leaflet that isn’t even informative. Very disappointing given the price.

What an utter rip off!I’ve paid over £10 for a flimsy paperback with 33 pages, at least 8 of which are adverts for audiobooksI don’t think I’ve ever felt quite so ripped off as I do right now, I’d give this item zero stars if I could, and I will be returning it to AmazonAvoid!!!!

Book is very generic, not in-depth , a very basic guide. Might be suitable for children .

Let me tell you that I am a book Fanatic!... My library includes Hundreds off books and it is hard for me to be turned off by any book because books are Knowledge and if you are Smart you can turn that Knowledge into Wisdom...so that being said I am open to all kinds of books Big or Small, Thick or Thin, but not this so-called book! I just got it around an hour ago and I glanced through it with a fine-tooth comb and within minutes said...Oh hell no!` In my opinion, it seemed like the Author Skimmed through some Information on the Internet about Massage and Copy and Pasted it until it added up to a Skimpy book...and I mean very Skimpy! The information in the book seems like it is for Kids because it is so damn basic....amost like anyone with Common sense would know alot of the information in it! I can tell you that I have never in my life been this turned off by a book....I already called for my return and when it comes to books...I promise you that I am not hard to please!
