Q: Will this work with the sim card from the t-mobile $50 plan/month for unlimited data (sim card and arcadyan gateway were obtained directly from TM)?

If you're referring to the T-Mobile Home Internet plan, I believe that SIM will only work in their provided router. However, T-Mobile does currently have a 100GB hotspot plan for $50/mo - that is the SIM I'm using in this router currently. However, you should be able to use the T-Mobile Home Internet plan in the Arcadyan gateway via the ethernet WAN interface on the Peplink router (that I've also tried and it works).

Q: Does this work with verizon?

Currently Peplink does not have a version of the MAX BR1 Pro 5G mounted inside a pelican case. Q: Does this support Bell Canada and other carriers in Canada?

The MAX BR1 Pro 5G (MAX-BR1-PRO-5GH-T-PRM) is globally compatible. The Canada Carrier mainly use N38, N66 for 5G network; while using B2, B4, B5, B7, B12, B13, B17, B29, and B66 for LTE. If you are looking for a 5G router that fits Canada Carrier, you can have a look at MAX BR1 Pro 5G (MAX-BR1-PRO-5GD-T-PRM) which support most of them, please make sure that your preferable frequency bands lie within the range of MAX BR1 Pro 5G.
