Great Flavor
There are a lot of applications for red pepper pesto. I use it for pasta, pizza and a spread on garlic bread. Great flavor and a good value.

Fabulous flavor, but terribly expensive
I bought this as a one time treat. My family thought it was great. I lived in Europe for years so really appreciate the flavor. Used it on pasta/veggies. Really took them up a notch. Too $$ for regular use for me.

It's just a matter of taste. This wasn't for us.
Everyone has a different taste experience. I'm sure these are great for many people. Just didn't appeal to husband and me.

Delicious on bagel chips and toast!
I bought this on a whim, wondering what it would taste like. I am happy I made the discovery! The taste of sweet red peppers comes first and then the ricotta cheese comes through. I serve this with bagel chips and toasted bread points as one of several appetizers before dinner. Yummy! I dare say that a whole jar of this could be part of a summer time meal when it's too hot to cook...LOL!
