Product was shipped on time and arrived in good shape. Works as described, battery operated...It does spin a lot slower than I expected, but then realized, that's how they reduce the amount of bubbles, it's not spinning so fast that it leaves voids in the wake that fill with air and turn to bubbles when the cavity collapses. Haven't actually tried it in resin, but I'm expecting superior results.

This is an amazing tool! I wasn't too sure about it at first because I thought mixing so fast would create a ton of bubbles. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was minimal bubbles produced from the mixer. I tried it on a project at room temperature with resin that was not pre-warmed. I feel that the bubbles are about the same as if I had hand mixed with a silicone spatula. For certain it is less bubbly than if mixed with a wooden stick. The best part is that it is easy on the hands.I also liked how simple it is to use. Just click in the mixer head and press the two buttons to turn clockwise or counterclockwise.Cleanup was a breeze. I simply wiped it down with a baby wipe right after mixing. The mixer part is plastic so I wasn't sure how easy it would be if the resin had time to cure on it.

Loading the batteries into the carrier you can see the little + and - on each battery slot, and the carrier only goes in one way because the last 2 contacts are where the carrier pushes on the motor to make the circuit.But the speed isn't adjustable and disappointingly slow. It's still better than nothing, for when the power goes on the charge-up battery of the other electric mixer. (And still way better than hand mixing.)

As anyone that works with epoxies and resins know, you never want to shake of vigorously stir those coatings as it introduced unwanted air bubbles which is bad. This battery operated mixer stirs fast enough to do what's needed, but not so fast that it causes cavitation which would introduce those pesky air bubbles. It works great for me and I'm more than happy with it.

I bought the mixer back at the end of June. It was delivered quick, and it’s been great!!I use it probably 2-3 times a week for mixing resin and it’s made my crafting easier by far!!Tonight, it died. It’ll spin for about 10 seconds then nothing. I tried changing the batteries, cleaning it, everything I know to do without taking it apart and nothing. It’s just done.So if you need a mixer for a few months, get it. If you need one for long term, maybe try a different one.

So this arrived yesterday and I immediately tried it out. It was a little dark outside, but I mixed the resin longer than I usually do so I should be good. This morning several of my pieces have spots that are not set. Not the whole piece, just small spots. It should be soft set after 15 or so hours. Ok maybe I did something wrong since it was a little dark. I tried again this morning. I mixed and mixed and mixed a little more. The resin never lost it's cloudy look. Meanwhile the bubbles were just piling up. If I could have used this device for the same amount of time as I mix i likely would have had less bubbles, but no matter how I moved it in the container it didn't actually combine the resin. I eventually gave up and finished mixing by hand and just used the most bubbly resin I've used since figuring out temperature.

I thought I would try this on a whim and I am here to say it's one of my best purchases. I used to heat up the hardener because it was too thick to mix well. I tried mixing it with this tool without heating up and not only did it mixed excellent, it mixed quickly without any added heat. I even had less bubbles and crystal clear resin. Best purchase ever!!

Does as expexted! Used it for a few years now and never an issue.

This has saved me time and hand/wrist ache from mixing resin. Light and easy to handle. Easy to attach and remove the mixer.
