My 6 year son is either a potential professional boxer or this is was constructed poorly.

Absolutely completely worthless junk! Amazon should be ashamed for letting this company sell their stuff. I did email the company ToyVelt to complain but they apparently don’t want to give me a refund. That’s ok because I’d rather warn people about this product. Very flimsy. Broke day one. Gloves tiny didn’t fit 6 year old. Instructions confusing. So glad this accidentally got discovered before Christmas

Both my 8 year old and 11 year old son love this punching bag. We had some difficulty with putting it together. Instructions with pictures in the box would be helpful as I was not looking at the outside of the box for the instructions at first. Otherwise this is a great punching bag that allows my boys to exert their frustrations or to have fun to working out. They love the boxing gloves too that come with the bag. We filled the base with water to keep the base weighed down, but now thinking we will fill it with sand. Perhaps your product could include a sand bag to fill the base. Awesome purchase for the price of the product and my boys love it!

I liked this product over all. Better for a child like 4- 5. I bought it for my seven year old and he’s a little big for it , but still likes it. It’s just a tad short for him to punch straight. He’s big for seven years old though . I included a picture to give a little reference to the height. My other son in the picture turns two next month.

My 8 yr old daughter had just recently started karate and I needed to find something that will allow her to practice her techniques. I stumbled upon this and decided to give it a shot even though I was skeptical about wear and tear durability. These are what I liked and didn't like about this product:The Pros:1. Price - deciding factor. Cheap so I took a shot.2. Easy to assemble/disassemble - a must for me since space is a factor and needed to be able to store it away when not in use.3. The swaying of the post - not only did she need to work on her technique, I figure she can learn how to dodge and hit moving objects.The Cons:1. Sturdiness - I kept having to retighten the bolts and screws on the ball and post.2. Durability - The stitching on the wrapping around the ball tore in less than an hour of use. Again, she's only 8 and still learning how to throw a punch.

I bought one of these for my son years ago. He loves it, so when he finally beat the sh$t out of the bag, I got another one. As other reviews have noted, the item came with at least one part missing. (Namely, a washer). AND the screw would not thread into the pole. The only way I was able to assemble the new item was to take parts from the old one. (Thank goodness, I had not yet tossed it). I now have a working Frankenstein punching bag. Minus three stars for missing and incorrect pieces.

This was a package of trash. I got this because I thought it would be sturdier then the blow-up ones, wrong. The handle to the pump to fill up the ball snapped instantly, but I had a real ball up already so I wasn’t really upset other then wishing they didn’t bother putting a useless one in the package. After assembling it (their is just and inaccurate picture of how to assemble on the box) I let my 3 year old hit it, then my 9 year old punched it... the leather surrounding the inner ball split and ripped at the seems and where it connected to the stand. My son doesn’t take karate or hit hard, the fabric and stitching job were just horrible. In short, this is a piece of C#*p. Don’t buy it.

So got this for my son for Christmas but when I put it together the punching bag wouldn’t screw into the pole as if some rivets hadn’t been made. So I emailed the company according to a customer service paper that was in the box. They sent me a new one immediately and I was able to construct it fully. The gloves included were too small for my 8 yr old son’s hands so we used some other ones we happened to have. My son loves to punch on it but has to put his foot on it to keep it from tipping over since we didn’t fill the base. I also added a plastic washer of my own where the bag screws into the pole as I noticed that other reviewers said thats a weak point. I think that addition makes it stronger and keeps the bag from popping off. Also good thing is that I have a second bag from the original box in case the one we’re using now pops open as I see has happened to other purchases.All in all, I like that I have something that we will give a young child an outlet for their energy and does provide pretty good hand eye coordination training. HOWEVER, their are major production flaws with this product so definitely prepare for that!!

Don’t buy it if your kid is older than 3.The claim that it is 3-14 years is not real

The bolt that fixed this in place to the base did not fit correctly and was loose. Replaced this with another bolt that allowed it to be fixed in place, it was usable for about an hour before the nut which the bolt fastened to fell out due to very poor welding. Not impressed at all as this product was more expensive then many of the alternative options.

Not worth the£ 29.99 its was like a £5.99 product...

My son has been asking for one for sometime. It took a while to fill with sand, but is a good weight and can stand his punches well. The ball deflates easily though and needs a regular boost. Gloves are comfy and fit well. Would suit ages 5-9.

Very very flimsy. Bought it for Christmas day, constructed it easily. But didn't last half way through boxing day until it broke. To note: I have a 5 year old and a 2½ year old that played with it over Xmas. The base became bent out of shape with in hours. A heap of junk of I ask me
