This umbrella is an amazing price and works great. Excellent, sturdy, great color, and holds up well to gusts of wind and rain. The only negative is that the base has to be massively secured. You can buy the contraption that they have in the photo, or, I secured two of the base legs with heavy cement blocks (not the cement blocks with holes cause they won't be heavy enough) You need about 50-70 pound weights on two areas of the legs to counter balance the umbrella. Once the weights were added, easy as pie - and perfect...at an awesome price.

nice quality, works and looks great on my deck, and it is all of 10 feet, big umbrella. we will write about it in the future.9/5/2018: had a wind storm the other week, the main sliding section ( made of molded plastic ) at the top of the straight section, snapped off. Kind of hard to find replacement parts for it, just turned into a piece of garbage without the main piece.

Not Red, more of an earthen color. And the plastic mechanisms to lock it are not strong

True to color! Big and beautiful! The only reason I didn't give it a five was because I can't use it if there's the slightest bit of wind!

Love that the umbrella provides shade over our pool. Note that the weights needed to ensure the umbrella does not tip do not come with it, though the ad does not suggest it does either. We have only used the umbrella a handful of times and mostly is in the "closed" position since our pool gets natural shade in the late afternoon. So, I am disappointed that their are "stress" marks on the plastic arm and am now worried how much longer it will hold up before breaking completely.

Everyone loved this umbrella, I added r 12 x 2 stone slats to hold it in place. It really looks nice in my backyard. Great umbrella for the price.

Saying this product is junk is being too kind. It is sloppy; trying to open and close it is like doing the old dance "the twist" while trying to keep it from falling over. But the real fun is when you finally get it up and open. Let go and it falls over. The last piece of instruction says to get heavy bricks or rocks to hold the stand down or it will fall over. Too heavy and awkward to try and return it. For 90 bucks and the wind doesn't wreck it it might work. Oh, it also warns not to let any rain get on it, or it will get ruined. Save your money, this is junk!
