Really works
Love this ReMag lotion. I use it every day in the morning and it prevents cramping. Cramping in my legs used to be a problem but not any more since I started using this. Not all magnesium lotions work this effectively. Most are greasy and just sit on your skin. This one, and Dr. Dean's other magnesium lotion in a pump bottle, are the best.

Love and Hate this balm
I am magnesium deficient and have a really hard time taking magnesium pills. They rip up my stomach. So I turned to magnesium lotion and balm. Dr. Deans previous 1.0 mag lotion was wonderful. So soothing to the skin. So I bought 4 of the 2.0 lotions and 4 of 2.0 balms thinking it has to be better! Not so much. I LOVE that the balm has 200 mg magnesium per tsp. But I HATE what it does to my skin. In just 3 applications on my arms, spread over 3 days, my skin looks and feels 90 years old. My skin has dried up and when I rub my arms, thousands of dead flakes of skin fly everywhere. My skin feels and looks horrible. So I decided to only put it on my legs. And of course the same thing happened. So now what do I do? I need the magnesium. I tried a certain well known brand of magnesium oil and it burned on contact. Really burned and left my skin red. I DO NOT have sensitive skin or allergies at all. Really quite the opposite. But Dr. Deans 2.0 balm is odd. It doesn’t burn you so that you can feel it burning, but rather it must burn skin on some level because the skin it touches flakes up after a few applications. I’m stuck with this for now until I can figure out a way to take enough magnesium in pill form. But this balm IS NOT a long term solution for me because I really care about my skin and I have worked hard to keep it soft and healthy for years. This product is undoing all that work. The 2.0 lotion does not do what the balm does. It absorbs in and doesn’t burn at all. It only has 120mg per tsp though, so you need a lot more of it and it’s not as nice and luxurious as the 1.0 was.
