The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't had any digestive issues while taking these. You don't get fish burps like with regular omega-3s, but you will get seaweed burps since it's algae-based. It's not gross, just something to be aware of. Seems to be a good option for vegans, but it's a bit pricey compared to others.

The bag was not the same bag it came in the first time. Seems the bag wash cheap. Bag too big for amount of product. Something did not feel right. Feel like came from a buyer and not the real company product. The appearance caused me to cancel my subscription. I will not order this on amazon again. Will only order from company website. That was my second bag and it was not the same. I really enjoyed the first bag. It was in a thicker bag the first time and the taste was better.

I am a big fan of Omega 3 for my age especially. These are small, easy to swallow and good to accompany other vitamins I'm already taking.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am not a fan of the smell of this product. The smell also leads into the taste once you get past that it’s easy to swallow. It’s effective and has good health benefits I just don’t like the smell of it.

The problem was that eating more fish and avocado, plus taking Omega 3 pills (usually made with fish oil) was upsetting her stomach and pancreas.These omega-3 pills made with algae oil, were an immediate solution - super gentle on her pancreas and stomach. It’s made her routine so much easier.We’re both happy to have finally found something smooth and easy that works for her!
