I have ordered from Purely Holistic before and have always been happy with the quality and freshness of their supplements. This Resveratrol Complex is no different. When I opened the bottle and removed the cotton I was met with a mild pleasant smell. This is very important to me because I’m sensitive to smell and some supplements smell so bad that it makes it difficult for me to take the supplement. The bottle is a hard plastic with a colorful label. There are 180 capsules and the label says to take 2 a day so this is a 90 day supply for 1 person. The capsules are not tiny but I had no problem swallowing them. I’ve been taking these for about a week and have noticed an increase in energy. Resveratrol is such a potent antioxidant that also helps with anti-aging. This supplement has a Polyphenol Complex and a Resveratrol Complex which makes me feel good that it has a full spectrum of ingredients. I take them after a meal but have had no problems with stomach upset. I am very happy with this purchase.

I've been trying to take heart healthy supplements due to chronic stress on my soft tissues from childhood abuse.I tried opening the capsule to see how it was. Just very natural ingredients! Tasted it and it has an intense green tea flavor with other nutrients. I'm thankful that there's such a good company releasing high quality supplements at a good price.

As a great alternative to the Resveratrol products on Amazon this is a good choice. It is effective and value priced. The only downside is that it has Green Tea added to it which can be a good thing in moderation but also can be harmful to the liver in certain individuals (google to get more info). I would recommend this product if you don't have any problems with elevated liver enzymes.

It’s hard to tell how effective the product is after only using it for four days. These are larger sized capsules but fairly easy to swallow, and don’t have any flavor on the way down. Hoping to help me build immunity, but just too early to tell.

These are medium sized capsules, but are very easy to swallow, have no real odor or smell and include a lot of good stuff for your body. I was worried there might be an interaction with the Japanese Knotwood and my hypertension meds, but no side effects have been observed while using this supplement. I am using Pure Holisitcs supplements exclusively now, because they are safely manufactured in the USA and easy to take.

Delivery is prompt. The supplement was not outdated.There is no taste as it is capsule, and one does not bite capsule.Take on recommendation of my Ortho physician. My bloodwork is good, and I do take vitamins and supplements daily. Price is better than in health food/organic stores.

A great product at a very reasonable price. As a senior, the benefits of Resveratrol address many of my concerns about the negative effects of aging. I've purchased from Purely Holistic, and know they manufacture very high quality products, and no hidden ingredients. It's a buy for me.
