Not sturdy-- dangerous!
Product wasn't very easy to assemble. Pro is that it is very large. Major con-- it is not sturdy at all! My 11 month baby (who pulls up by holding onto it) dislodged the plastic poles very easily and it collapses. 2 days ago he was holding onto the center of zip up area and the pole broke in half!! It had very sharp edges and this could have been very bad had I not taken it out as soon as he broke it. I am now returning for that reason.

The media could not be loaded. I really liked the product, it really meets the need, but I was upset because the part broke and I can no longer use it, I would even like to know where to find this part to replace this one? if you can help me i thank you

kind of fragile
The media could not be loaded. **UPDATE**customer service reached out to me to help with issues & they were quick to fix the issue. thank you so much!the bars are bending too easily, one has already broke. it does the job but when the bar broke it cut my fingers. just glad it was me & not my son. we ended up taping it together with duct tape because we spent so much & don’t know how to get in contact with customer service.

Does the job it’s suppose to
Let’s start on a good note. It’s definitely big enough as you can see by the picture. It takes up most of my livingroom. I bought this for inside and outside. I know when I bring it outside it will need to go on a tarp and I will have to see about getting some padding for the floor. I was going to go with the smaller one but decided to get the bigger so as he grows we can still use it. Assembly was pretty basic but you will have to figure it out yourself as the directions are very unclear including the video they want you to download (all Chinese). As for sturdiness I would say it’s pretty good, though I’m not gonna try n sit on it as advertised. Delivery was horrible. Said it would be here a certain day and it wasn’t, even got lost in transit. I had eventually go pick it up from the nearby town it was in. The balls are a little flimsy that come with it and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the hooks as they are flimsy as well. The suction cups, forget it, they don’t stick. Overall I’m okay with the purchase as long as it holds up.

Absolutely in love with this. It is bigger than what I even thought it would be. Highly recommend, especially if you want a ball pit for your kiddos.

Do not buy. Had to replace twice
Had to replace this twice. Now the zipper has broken off, the side is ripped and cannot be used. Would not recommend.

It makes it easy to use when I need to clean or cook. My kid loves using the balls and the handles, really neat
