I have always enjoyed keeping in good physical and mental health and a friend recommended Shilajit during a time where I was not quite on top of my game; my energy levels were slightly low and my stamina was suffering as a result.I took Shilajits as directed, each morning and evening and after a week or so I found my energy and stamina levels were back to normal; I also found that I had more vitality and my mental health was improved, enabling me to be more positive and achieve goals more effectively.

I enjoyed the Shilajit, it came nice, thick and goopy but not rock hard which indicates a quality product. I took about the recommended amount on the included wooden serving spoon twice a day.In terms of effects, I felt overall better focus, more energy and a feeling of wholeness which is hard to put into words but you know it when you feel it.In terms of value for money, I think it is worth it as you only need to use a bit at a time as and when you want it's effects and my jar lasted over 2 months.Overall I would highly recommend this supplement.

Shilajit is a great supplement. It gives me more energy throughout the day and helps with focus. I also feel less tired after workouts. Easy to take and totally worth trying!
