Good quality and strong
I bought these to add to the bottom of my generator as I was getting fed up of having to lift it.They have been a godsend! Since adding them to the bottom of my generator it is so much easier to use.I was a little worried they wouldn’t hold the weight but they are plenty strong enough and still move / rotate easily even with the weight on them. I’d definitely buy them again. If I’m being picky then the only downside was that they didn’t come with nylock nuts but that’s a minor thing and still very good quality for the cost.

Not a reliable brake.
The quality of the item after initial install is quite good but for one very fundamental flaw. The brakes don't hold firm consistently. I installed these on an equipment trolly that I like to secure when in possition. It takes very little movement to persuade them to release. No matter how firm I secure them with my foot I just can't guarantee that they will remain locked. Its not even a heavy load.
