A good alternative to puffed wheat...
This is exactly the low calorie breakfast cereal product that I was looking for. A great alternative to puffed wheat. The product reminds me very much of rice cakes. These puffed rice go well with milk and make a lovely low calorie breakfast dish from a 22g portion. This will be a regular addition to the breakfast table.

Very nice but these go stale very quickly if not kept extra air-tight (keep in bag, then inside another container!).They are also 'solid' not 'hollow' like traditional crisped rice, so expect a different texture.

Brilliant
It's nice to find truly healthy cereals with no added sugar or salt and made out of brown rice. The whole family loves it and I'm happy that our 3-year-old doesn't consume unnecessary sugar at breakfast.

Tasteless
Thought these were a waste of money. Only used them in home made granola as they are pretty tasteless unless baked in the oven with other ingredients. didnt get through the four boxes before out of date and soft.

I normally buy Kallo. This one is equally good. Its good for a light filling gluten free breakfast.

Yummy
I love these and had been having trouble finding them, but here they are on Amazon! They are the best of the choice of healthy rice puffs, and no sugar added so suitable for people who can't eat sugar like me.
