I prefer capsules but these work

This vitamin is large but very easy to swallow because of its coating. It has just the right amount of calcium that most people need and doesn't affect my stomach at all. Highly recommend.

after having a bone density test at 65 - I was told that I should start supplimenting my calcium - when I ordered these. But these capsules are HUGE!!!!!! ALOT to have to swallow - - I will need to look for some smaller capsules or caplets!

My Dr. ordered 1200 mg. a day and until I was out I didn’t realize you have to take 2 pills a day to make 1200mg. So read to see 2 calcium makes a serving size 1200 mg. This brand is the most reasonable I could find so I’ll be returning.

The pills are on the large size which is fine for me. I don't have issues taking them but some people might. The picture is my left thumb for reference.

I was having trouble finding a Calcium supplement to meet my needs and concerns. Then I found this large bottle of supplemental goodness. I love that it's Non-GMO and gluten free and you get a nice quantity of tablets for the money. They are a little bigger than I expected, but they go down really easy. No trouble swallowing them. I plan to buy these again. And you should too!

If you want red, yellow and blue dye in your vitamins this is fine. They make it a pretty pink color but dyes in foods are carcinogenic. Would not buy again had I known this, but my usual brand was unavailable.I can't attest to whether this vitamin is good. I'm not going to take it with the dyes in it.I do like the fact that it says it's made in the US.
