The media could not be loaded. I took a chance as no reviews and bought 4 for a new heating system using infra-red wall panel artwork to heat bedrooms. I want to be able to switch off via alexa, and manually.The are really well made, well designed and excellent quality - quite surprised for the price how good these are.The can be mounted in any quadrant (they have 4 screw holes as opposed to the 2 you get on a standard light switch plate. The front click off to allow you to screw them to the back box, and hide screws. The front glass plate is good quality. They make a small click when switch on/off and glow very dim red in off and bright blue in on position.WIFI is a doddle you just add them as a standard light switch with tuya or smart life and givet hem a meaningful name. You can the use as switch from tuya, schedule, etc and you can see them in Alexa as long as you have the tuya skill and account linked. I used a simple routine to switch them on for 15 minutes with a key phase- so easy and they look really good.I have included night images so you can see the light it gives out.There are no negatives but suggest you need a deep back box I used 40mm so plenty of space for cables - it uses a 2 wire system ie it needs neutral and live, the instruction are easy to follow the english is a little dodgy but you can understand it no problem. There is no earth plate so you need to get an addition simple electrical connector to make sure any earths are connected through to whatever you are connecting it to. - it has a max of 1000 watts which is fine for me (heaters are 600w) I have run them off a fused spur just to make sure everything can be isolated if needed and a little bit of extra security so the fuses protect the switch and panel.

Easy to set up and install and definitely needed a bigger back box as had to out a 47mm one in. Fixing the switch to the plate was tricky as needed a bit of effort to get to sit flush but very happy with purchase.

There's a lot of bad reviews here saying it got stuck off or stuck on or it won't turn on or won't turn off.Happened to me to. I turned the lights off at the fuses, waited a sec, then turned them back on, worked flawlessly ever since.

EASY TO PROGRAM AS A STAND ALONE UNIT. MORE DIFFICULT ADN INEFFECTIVE WHEN YOU HAVE TO INTERCONNECT 2 OR 3 SWITCHES TO A SINGLE LIGHT.

The switches themselves are great, sleek and is easy to useBut the instructions on how to connect, which app to download are non existent/ unclearSo we don’t use them as smart switches

Purchased two of these and one one-gang to run my complex heating and hot water system (5 zones). At the end of the day, heating controls are simple on/off switches so these were the on/off switches chosen because they had manual override.I found the switches very easy to connect to Smart Life (again switches were chosen because they worked with Smart Life - I have other devices on Smart Life) and they are working well (installed yesterday). I'll update the review if anything changes.One thing to watch: the one gang had a plastic back plate which meant it deformed if over tightened onto the back box ( i used 41mm (?) back boxes from Screwfix). This meant that the cover would not snap on and the manual override didn't work. The two gang switches had metal back plates which meant that this wasn't an issue with the two gang switches.

A good looking light switch.Functionally it works very well, a nice satisfying click as it turns on/off and the small blue circle is backlit with a dim blue light when the switch is off and a brighter blue light when it is on.It does need a deeper back box than is normal for a UK light switch so worth checking you have one fitted already or are prepared for any extra work needed to fit one.I used a 35mm plasterboard back box which is just deep enough.This switch needs a neutral connection, so be prepared to run a neutral feed to your light switch, in the UK it is not normal to have one at a light switch, as it is usual to only switch the Live connection to a light fitting.The switch plate itself is made of what appears to be Glass and is nice and plain with only the aforementioned blue circle visible on its surface...Which brings me to another couple of points of interest, the screws that fix the switch to the back box are hidden behind the glass plate, which clips in place courtesy of its plastic bezel, which is both good and not so good...Good because you don’t see the screws, (which rather helpfully have adjustment to allow you to twist the switch to get it absolutely level), and also good because the plastic bezel doesn’t look out of place... it is almost invisible to the casual observer, but I wonder how it will fare over the years as the switch is removed and replaced ?The only really big issue I have with this product is the instruction leaflet...It is extensive, but seems to be written for a lot of different products like this one, and concentrates almost exclusively on connecting to Alexa etc.. having said it is extensive it is also unstructured and very difficult to follow.So much so that I gave up with it and used common sense and trial and error to set mine up.Unable to comment on reliability and longevity as its only been fitted fir a day or so, but as all of these switches seem to use the same electronics I wouldn’t expect it to be any better or worse.Having said all of the above I would probably buy another.Update: 05/03/2021.Just discovered if you have a power cut, or need to power cycle the switch, (to reset the switch after removing the cover, in my case as I was decorating), then you need to go through the whole performance of setting your switch up on the app.Well you do if you want to operate it through the app and/or Alexa, it still works ok manually.Which considering how non user friendly this is ... is very annoying.

Da wir jetzt fast alle Räume fertig haben mit smarten Schalter, ist auch dieser Schalter wie alle anderen. Preis Leistung sehr gut, und einfache Installation.

Easy to install. Screw terminals are a bit disappointing but you can't argue with the price. They look really nice on the wall. Setup with Tuya was a breeze, they are automatically recognized.In Tuya, you can not change colors of the LED backlight, or when the switch is active. But there are at least red LEDs available in the unit as they are visible during setup. Also, turning off the LEDs in Tuya only turns them off when inactive, so if you push a button they still light up. May be a limitation of Tuya only (not sure).

Die Qualität und Verarbeitung des Produkts sind sehr gut. Der Einbau war einfach (Achtung: Strom abschalten! Es wird ein Neutralleiter benötigt!). Die Konnektivität mittels App und Alexa funktioniert perfekt. Ich habe bis auf wenige Ausnahmen das gesamte Haus mit den Steckdosen und Lichtschaltern dieses Herstellers ausgestattet.Hinweis: Der Pairingmodus wird beim ersten Mal automatisch aktiviert. Sollte man diesen verpassen, kann man durch mehrfaches Ein- und Ausschalten des Lichts in den Pairingmodus gelangen. Der Ring wechselt dann seine Farbe von Blau auf Rot und blinkt dabei. Wenn man dann nichts unternimmt, wechselt der Lichtschalter automatisch von rot blinkend wieder auf durchgängig blau.Das Leuchten des Tasters kann je nach Empfinden entweder als Nachtlicht genutzt oder als störend empfunden werden. Mich hat es bislang nicht gestört, und in der Nacht mittels leuchtendem Taster zur Toilette zu navigieren, empfinde ich als gelungene Abrundung des Produkts.Wermutstropfen: Durch das Leuchten wird lt Hersteller natürlich auch ein Kriechstrom von ca. 0,2 V verbraucht.Dennoch: Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung. 5 Sterne!
