wow, I was surprised at the benefit of using red light and infrared light therapy for reducing swelling and pain for hamstring injury. I tore the three tendons off the bone on my hamstring due to a skiing injury. I used the red/infrared light knee cuff to aid in reducing swelling, bruising and pain prior to my scheduled surgery. The red/infrared light therapy definitely made a significant difference to reduce my symptoms prior to surgery. The LifePro knee wrap is well constructed, fit my knee perfectly and the device’s hand held control is easy to use with great functionality. Bonus is the device has a vibrating option. The knee sleeve can also be used for treating other areas of the body and the Velcro straps work well to hold the device’s hand held in place. I am a believer that red/infrared light therapy works and highly recommend!

I’m a huge fan of all LifePro products and absolutely love red light therapy devices, so I had high expectations for the BioRecover Pro—and it did not disappoint! Even though I don’t have knee pain, I still found it incredibly comfortable to use. The heat and vibration felt amazing, and to my surprise, the vibration was even more relaxing than I expected! Within a minute, I could tell that this device is something special.As always, LifePro delivers top-notch quality—this is a well-made, durable, and thoughtfully designed product. It’s easy to use and feels fantastic. Even though it’s pre-formed to fit the knee, it still felt very natural and comfortable to wear in different positions.But what really made this a huge win for me was when I let my dad try it out. He’s been dealing with knee pain and recently had a shot to help, so I wanted to see what he thought. He LOVED it and even asked to borrow it for a while because he found so much relief! I’m so excited for him to give more LifePro products a try because this one was such a hit!Overall, this is another fantastic product from LifePro! Whether you have knee pain or just want extra relaxation, this is 100% worth it. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and relief!

Well, it was interesting to try this knee brace. I don't have a glowing review, but perhaps it's because I don't/didn't have the appropriate injury for it to treat? The BEST thing I noticed for ME (Female, 57 years) was that my knees have stopped creaking and crunching when I wake up and walk down the stairs!! So that's a win for sure. Huge. I would need the infrared light to go at least another 2 inches around to make it more effective for my skinny knees and my personal particular issues. The AllevaRed Lght Therapy Belt would be better for me than this device. The heat on high was a nice feature but could have been hotter. The vibration was just that, not a massage. I briefly tried the first setting but kept it on the second . I think that the vibration may be helpful with increasing blood flow to a possible injury. It did not help me personally, but it was pleasant! Vibration and warm heat made this item feel more therapeutic for me but overall, I believe the infrared light therapy was the best thing for my crunchy knees that are no longer crunchy!! It was nice to carve out some quiet time to sit with this on my knees with the AllevaRed Belt doing it's work on my back. This is a well-made quality device, just not for me.

Hi. I wanted to give everyone a review for the lifepro product “Biorecover Pro light therapy.”I have knee issues. I have already had 1 knee replacement & the other knee is bone-on-bone.I am trying to prevent the need for a knee replacement on this knee. That is why I wanted the healing effects of red-light therapy to benefit this knee.I found that there were some very nice features about this product that I really appreciated. Here is the list of some of benefits that I have loved about this product so far.* The heat and massage proved to be a soothing and relaxing session for the 20minutes on both knees. I could really feel the difference in the level of stiffness and pain aftera session.* The battery charge easily lasted to provide therapy for both knees.* I love that it is portable, I took it with me on a day trip in the car. As we rode in the car, myfriend used it for her ‘bone-on-bone’ knee. It helped her knee pain so much, she now wantsone.* It is adjustable with the 2 removeable pad to make it a perfect fit.* The heat is adjustable for comfort.Best of all, it has the benefit of red-light therapy. I found the heat, & it being portable & the massage is all a big plus. This product was more than I expected!

This is a great product. As a cyclist, my knee is painful and tired and using this has helped it feel A TON better. It vibrates as well as light therapy and wraps securely around my knee to give it amazing relief. It feels so much better after I use it and is way more flexible. This product has kept me biking to my hearts content-I couldn't be more grateful for it. You have also use it on your arm using the hole around the joint. Lifepro also has the best lifetime warranty too- you have nothing to lose!!

This device has mixed blessings. On one hand, it does seem to have some degree of therapeutic help. I'm not sure if it is working as it should because every time I use it, the controls work differently than they did on the previous use. I did not get an instruction manual, so I am winging it on the correct way to push the buttons. One time when i used it, it got so hot, it left red inflamed dots in the light pattern. Not full burns, but nearly so. It has never provided heat after that use. I don't think i would recommend this device. It is bi-polar. I've read other user's favorable reviews which persuaded me to buy this for my aching injured parts. I think it helps, but I am also an optimist.
