Considering the amount we paid for this ladder, you’d think it would be quality and easy installation…but not. After numerous emails/phone calls they basically gave up on me and suggested that I should buy elsewhere without even any helpful support. I basically had to go online to get ideas. So the ladder does not align as you snap it together (it wobbles after a few climbs), so what I suggest is adding a shims in between to make it more solid /safe. Also adding some washers will help with indentation of wood. Pros: wood quality is better than most at this price range. Did replace missing items/wrong manual’s moderately quickly. Cons: horrible customer service, poor/inconsistent instructions for installation, and poorly packaging for item that is this heavy

I've been in a bit of a tizzy thinking that the seller did not communicate with me after I requested a defective bracket be replaced. Turns out Amazon did not communicate. The ladder seems to be of great quality and the company is mailing the replacement to me.
