The media could not be loaded.  We were in search of a shower system to create a spa like experience in our bathroom renovation, and stumbled across this one. What a difference maker this is. We absolutely love that we can set the temperature to our preferred setting and leave it exactly as is for the next use.The rain shower head covers you in warm, cascading water, that makes showering such an enjoyable experience. The handheld shower head is also really useful to 1) clean out your shower / shower walls or 2) rinsing off a targeted area, like muddy feet. Our only criticisms: we had to purchase another bar for the rain shower head to bring it out further from the wall. We needed at least 6 more inches to give us comfortable shower space. That matching bar was purchased from Houzz for $85, so not a cheap replacement. Additionally, we wish that we could use the handheld shower head and the rain shower head at the same time, but unfortunately, you are not able to do so. For these reasons, and these reasons alone, a downgrade to 4 stars.

We're almost 80 and plan to stay in our home as long a possible. It's paid for. Getting into the tub was becoming dangerous. We tore out everything in the old bathroom down to the studs, replaced the walls with 1/2 inch plywood and green rock board. Then tiled two walls and the floor , painted the other two. Also put Schulter heating system in the floor. Taking a shower with this system is like being outdoors with a warm gentle spring rain. It's nice that the water spray goes straight down, we can adjust the temperature and also easily contain any spritz with a shower curtain. At this point, we could not be more pleased. The plywood is in the walls so that we can easily install grab when we need them. We also installed pocket doors for easier wheelchair access. The size of our bathroom is about 8' x 9'.

I am so loving this shower system. The lower control sets the temperature of the water, so you don't have to find the right temp each time you turn on the shower. The upper control switches between the rain and hand showers--turn left for the hand shower, turn right for the rain shower. It works really well and looks rad. (And the plumber said it was easy to install.)

We wanted to find the budget/ high-end looking shower system for our bathroom remodeling project. And This is the right one for us. Price is reasonable (Actually really good!!) and Love the design and color!! Better in person. Our plumber said there is more works to do compared to other regular shower valve but he said It's good quality. Water pressure was good and the safety lock on the valve works really well.Overall, It's amazing.

Great product and well worth the extra cost. I’m glad I paid the extra money to get the system with the thermostatic valve.

It worked great for six months and then the water control know start to stick... and then really stick. Felt like a metal on metal galling situation. Now I am looking at having to replace an 18 month old faucet and retiling a recently rennovated bathroom. Highly disappointing. Also it is difficult to figure out how to get parts (if that is even possible in this case).

Product is great. Easy install. Rain head is awesome
