So I'm new to welding and I had an ol' hand-me-down welding helmet that I just could NOT see through. It really affected my welds.Got fed up so I decided to try these out and let me tell ya...it is a world of difference! I can clearly see, even in dark spaces under my car, and then when I start to weld...BOOM! The lens gets dark, but not too dark that I can't see my weld pool.The only thing I can say, like other reviews I've read, is the nose piece is uncomfortable. Honestly though, it's not bad enough that it doesn't deserve 5-stars. I will be recommending these to anyone and everyone I know who welds.

PERFECT! These are a must-have. These are great for plasma cutting, and spot welding. They work great, and fit well (I wear glasses and they fit over them with no problems.You should, at a minimum, order these and give them a try. If you don't like 'em, send 'em back. I think you'll keep them. Glad I found these.
