I’m a long standing customer of Nutravita products and although they’re good value, they still pack a punch. Wholeheartedly recommend their range.

Not too easy to swallow but one can get used to it.

I didn't really mind the size of these tablets. I don't find them that big,no bigger than a paracetamol youd take from a chemist. also they're reasonably coated and don't immediately dissolve in your mouth. so personally I can't see the problem. unless of course they've changed the tablet compositionthey're standard 80% silymarin and a really good price too

I’m pleased with this product.. easy to swallow, a good dosage and settles my digestive system fairly quickly!!I take these in the morning but always avoid taking them alongside anything dairy..I would definitely recommend

Excellent product and fast delivery.

I'd say first of all that these do present value for money as there are a good quantity for the price. Well packaged and cleanly made so that they don't come crushed.However - They're MASSIVE! I mean... seriously huge. There's NO way I can swallow them whole and I normally have no problems with tablets. They're not even well shaped to make things easier....given the size I'd have thought a traditional lozenge shape would be better, but these are circular, which makes things awkward. So far I've tried two different tablet cutters, a selection of knives and even a pair of sharp scissors and every time I try to cut them they crumble. I'm getting fed up with them.Because of the hassle I haven't really started taking them regularly so I can't speak to the benefits. I'm currently looking for another brand and will see if I know anyone used to swallowing foot-stools to pass these on to.

Seems to be working now after a week no after effects at least let's give them a go
