The best thing about these are the taste. You won’t find kava that tastes this good. I had to take 3 for any effect, I went thru the bottle quick. I will re order for emergency panic attacks. Kava is a non addictive herb and it helps me in my sobriety if I’m having cravings. I can recommend

Ive consumed all types and forms and brands of Kava products and this one is very weak! If your like 90lbs with a low tolerance and gets drunk on like one beer than maybe a few might work. 250mg at 10:1 ratio is only 25mg of actual Kavalactones per gummy. It takes at least 250mg of actual kavalactones to maybe start to feel it (thats 10 of these gummies) I took the equivelent to 400mg and felt like I had 1/3rd of a cup of chamomille because I know with real medium grind Kava powder it takes like 700mg to feel a buzz so this is like a sugary placebo gummy.If you want the real stuff search online for well established Kava companies.

Great flavor and very good kava results

Taste was incredible. I was mostly blow away by how relaxed I felt after by just having one gummy. This is the third Amazing Botanicals kava product I have purchased and I am very happy with the quality of their extracts and kava powder.
