I recommend it 👌
I had a cold, post nasal dripping and stuffed nose for days. I couldn't even sleep properly. After I started to use it instantly got better. I love this thing. Not the most pleasant thing to do but it helps tremendously. Also comes with a bunch of salt which is a bonus. I highly recommend.
