This Vivitar Digital Picture Frame is far removed from digital frame I acquired several years ago.The screen is much nicer and far less grainy and the programming for display order, on-screen display time and such is more flexible. The FrameO application, despite rough edges, is a delight. With it, friends and family can send images directly to your device, where you can adjust them to display best on your screen.You can also add photos via FrameO or a MicroSD card.All popular still and video formats are supported as is audio.The device is easy to set up and requires no technical expertise to operate. Power is provided via a charging block.It feels like it’s all plastic, which shouldn’t be a consideration since there are no moving parts. You can mount it, using the gooseneck-like stand or on a wall.My grandkids are grown up and post on social media and family doesn’t take many photos these days. So I guess I’d better get busy on scanning thousands of old photos to display on this along with the existing thousands on my computer.Jerry

Great for family pics. Just send the link to family members via text and they can load pictures from their own phones. We did this for my mother-in-law when we had to move her to assisted living.

This digital picture frame looks great In my family room. We have it setting out on an end table but it comes with hardware if you choose to mount it to a wall. My family and I love watching the picture slideshows. It has 16GB of storage so not only can I put a ton of photos, but I can also load videos of some of our memorable trips to watch. Set up is very easy. It connects easily with wi-fi so I can share photos from my phone straight to the screen. You can also use SD cards. A really neat feature with the Frameo app is you can send photos to other users and they can display them on their screen. You can even add captions to the photos for some fun. The brightness can also be controlled. It is really nice how custom this frame can be. It has great picture quality. Super clear and colorful. The frame is large, 10.1 inches. It is easy to see from across the room.

I didn't quite know what I was getting with this frame. I already have one digital picture frame, and it runs the Frameo software and app. With this new Vivitar frame, I thought I would have another frame using some other software. As it turns out, it uses the same Frameo software. Setup was quite simple, and I don't have to learn or download another app. I like that auto on/off timers can be set. I also like that I can just load pictures onto an SD card and insert it into the frame. Although, there is a setting in software that needs turned on first to enable external (SD card) storage. There is a speaker built in, so it can play videos with sound also. This will come in handy for my daughter's graduation party next weekend, to display her dance videos.

Gifted the frame. They love it, 16gigs internal memory works for them. The ability to add a 32 gig sd card for added storage is great. Simple interface and pictures look great.

This webpage clearly says 16GB internal memory. It is only 8GB. It also says “128GB” internal storage elsewhere on here that’s wrong.I bought a SDXC memory card to go into it, and the system won’t recognize it. It is also loose in the slot. It is the same dimensions as a regular micro sd card.

Got it for my mom and was able to load all kids of pictures to it with ease -- the mount it comes with could be better though
