The media could not be loaded. I am sensitive to smells so most smells have always instantly made me feel distressed. So I figured good smells cud make me relaxed.So I decided to give this a try and that was the best decision ever. Not just me, everyone in my house now loves it and it has become a ritual to put this up in the evening. I've seen that it helps reduce that stress and I actively use it when I am feeling a little on edge and take a few mindful minutes to enjoy the aroma. 10/10 recommend.
