Worst Experience
The product is damaged. I ordered it and using it for the first time since I ordered. The main zips are damaged, it’s not even closing. I had to travel today and now I don’t know how I am gonna carry my stuff, because this bag is completely useless.And the refund policy doesn’t make any sense to me.

Poor quality
Coat gets crumble bag and the bottom/base of the bag is not strong it just dangles not firm.
