Love this supplement so far it’s really cleared up my brain fog

Evidence suggests this is a good natural supplement to take, however it is too soon to tell if it is having any effects. That said, the ingredients seem to be of good quality and I will continue to take these.

I've tried a lot of types of Lion's Mane, and this is one of the least impressive.As well as the bulky glass jar, the capsules are on the larger side while the dose at 1000mg is on the smaller side. I usually like 2000mg tablets and take 4000mg a day in total.I'm taking 4 of these tablets a day to get my 4000mg, but not feeling the benefits as much as with other tablets I have tried.

I am a firm believer in the benefits of Lions Mane supplements but, owing to the fact there is no recommended daily dose it is difficult to compare brands. This brand is 500mg per capsule and recommends taking two per day. This would mean this bottle would provide enough for a month. So, at the price, this is quite an expensive supplement to be taking, though I have found other brands to offer better value for money.Unlike some other brands, this brand does not waste packaging space and the bottle is full to the top with the product.The big problem for me is the size of the capsule, which is quite a bit larger than my current brand and is therefore harder to swallow. Plus, the recommended dose on the bottle is two capsules per day! The only benefit is the casing has a bland taste unlike the brand I am currently using, which tastes strongly of fish oil.Overall they are fine.

Got this for my mother, after few days of using it, she gained little bit of alertness and more “mental” power.However side effects started as well, dull headache and ringing in her ears. As soon as she stopped taking this supplement the side effects stopped.
