This book is full of approachable recipes to amplify up almost any meat. I found this book inspiring because it gave me ideas of how how mixup rather common ingredients I found myself eating a lot anyways. The ingredients were all fairly common things you'd find in America.

I bought this book as a gift for my brother, who is a chef. While I don't eat a lot of meat, the recipes looked appetizing and thorough. I was pleased to see a section on side dishes.

Great book, lovely design, awesome recipes

Bought this book for my wife as a birthday present. It has some fantastic recipes and we have enjoyed everything we have tried so far. Our biggest disappointment is the hardback spine broke the first time she put it in the book stand. Very disappointed with the quality of the binding for a relatively expensive book.
