Switch broke on first use
This isn't properly made for purpose- the switch for putting lights on and changing the colour broke on first use. I opened the case to see if it could be fixed and the inner switch on the board is a tiny 5mm long item attached on its side to electrical board by two miniscule (less than a mm diameter) shallow plastic connectors that had snapped off when the switch was pressed. This flimsy attachment doesn't provide enough resistance for the button to be depressed and had snapped almost immediately. We were not at all rough with it. One very sad and disappointed 7 year old and one frustrated parent.

Poor item
Very disappointed. I bought this for my daughter who loves to colour and the glow function is awful. As you can see as soon as we used a pen it doesn't wipe off, just smudges all over the screen making a mess we can't get off!Amazon luckily helped resolve my issue

Great product however doesn’t like up, tried numerous new batteries.
