I'd hoped this would give me more energy and stamina, but I don't notice any difference when I take this.On a good note, it doesn't make me feel bad. And the capsules are flavorless, and go down smoothly. Yet for me, it did not seem to have any positive effect, or any effect at all! It might as well have been a placebo-pill.

So I started out trying these in the mornings and after the first day I didn’t feel any effect however I decided to instead start using these at night and have found that I wake up much easier the next day and have a good stable energy throughout the day. For a month and a half’s worth of product I feel that for the price it may be worth a try but as with all supplements it’s hard to say how well it will work for each person.
