Good products but doesn't charge using a wireless charger.

Purchased for travel so it sat on the shelf after a brief test to ensure it worked. Used on an international flight and was great but about six weeks into a 3 month adventure it stopped working with my iphone 15 pro max. I took it to a cell phone repair shop where they inspected it and recommended I contact the manufacturer. For now I’m using it as a case but it will not charge my phone no matter what I do, updated phone software, cleaned contacts inside and out of both cell and case. Tried different charging cables. I suspect the internal connector is damaged as the force required to insert and remove the phone seems like alot considering the thin metal for the case’s internal connector.

I have a consulting business that occasionally takes me away from home to a remote site for a night or two, and sometimes involves lengthly on-site phone calls and app usage. I needed sometthing unobtrusive (unlike a bulky external USB battery pack) to insure that the phone won't run out of juice, and this seemed to fit the bill. So far after two trips, it has earned its place in my travel bag..I don't normally use the case when working at home, since it does increase the bulk when you carry the phone around. However, the good news is that, unlike some rigid battery cases I've had in the past, the flexible rubber top makes insertion and removal of the phone very easy.A note on charging: The battery case can be charged either wirelessly or through its USB-C port. When charging the EMPTY case either way, the case gets ...err...warm (as stated in the manual). When charging the case with the iPhone in it through USB-C, the case gets ...warm. BUT- when charging the case wirelessly with the iPhone (needing a charge) in it, the case gets....HOT (IMHO). Your mileage may vary, just my experience, albeit with a non-Apple Qi charger from China ($5 vs Apple's $39). In any case, normal charging protocols, like not keeping any Li-Ion battery always on a charger, should apply, since you don't know what kind of Battery Management System (BMS), if any, that the battery case has buried inside of it.So far so good- 5 stars from me...

Keeps disconnecting when charging from a wireless magnet charging station. If you plan on charging from a magnet station don’t buy you’re just gonna return it like I’m doing. Very weak metal strip so the phone won’t stay on the magnet. All my other Cases no problem so it’s not the magnet charging station. I ask for a replacement case to see if it’s just one bad case. Second came in today same problem. I’m returning both and getting my money back. If you just plug it in it charges up quickly. If you charge the phone from the case great works great just not on a magnet charging station very bad. All night long you hear your phone disconnecting and reconnecting sound. Finally I just plugged it into a plug.

Bought the iPhone Pro Max 15 case and noticed several problems,. First, the battery case will charge the phone when needed, but the documentation states that when you charge the battery case itself, lights will blink, and my do not, even trying with several USB C cables. So I don't actually know if I can get the case to charge when the battery runs low. Next, the case itself is thick and covers the Action button entirely - it is impossible to depress that button with my finger. (This may be a defective unit, as the pictures the company sent me clearly show the Button rising above the edge of the case - mine does not). I need to use a pin or pencil to get it to depress. I have the phone properly inserted in the case, so I know this is not my error. Anyway, got a refund. End of story.

Case works great.

Works great and holds lots of charge. It’s simple to use and looks nice. It’s a little bit on the big side, but seems sturdy.
