These digestive pills have been a game changer! Take one before lunch and dinner and reduce bloating and uncomfortable feelings after eating.

I generally use a common brand name enzyme (which I’m not sure if I can name here) which has been noticeably beneficial for me. I hadn’t heard of this brand before, but I figured I’d give these a try to see how they compare. I researched the brand before purchasing and discovered that it’s a reputable company, so we were off to a good start.One other thing I always do before ordering a new supplement is check to see if it contains any toxic excipients (additives). I didn’t see the ingredients listed in the photos, so I added a photo for you to see here. It’s clean with only rice bran, cellulose, and a vegetarian capsule - NO mag stearate, titanium dioxide, etc. I would appreciate if they made a grain free version, but it’s still much better than the toxic alternatives.This has a quality blend of enzymes. Note that this one does not contain DPP-IV (gluten enzyme), which is something I generally appreciate if I’m eating out for extra protection from cross contamination as I’m strict gluten free. So I will still continue purchasing the other blend I get for on the go.However, this is still an impressive and effective blend, with an emphasis on more natural ingredients which is much appreciated. I take 1-2 of these before eating and everything is so much smoother afterwards. I will continue using this one at home. Also you can slightly taste and smell the fennel in it, which I enjoy.

These are perfect for me when I eat something that I shouldn't, ie. Gluten or dairy. They help with the stomach upset and gurgling.

I first was prescribed this product from my Nutritionist. Great Whole Food Supplement. I take two caps before heavy meals or foods that are hard to digest. They also help with regularity.

It's manufactured in the USA and the bottle I received had an expiration date two years away which is what you like to see. After a couple of days trying these instead of my usual digestive enzyme, I can say that these appear to work as well and are a little less expensive. Worth a try!
