I LOVE this! Not only can it be used to heat the knee, but the front portion that covers the knee or elbow area is large enough that this can be put over a foot to warm the foot, or opened and placed/held on another (small) area of the body that is in need of a bit of heat therapy when you are away from a plug/outlet.Comfort-wise, this can easily be strapped on the knee and left on without an issue. It is very comfortable, and stays where you put it.This is FANTASTIC!HEAT: This has 3 heat settings. Nornally, I like heating pads on the highest heat, but with this, the medium setting was as hot as I could handle it, and I sometimes back it down to low. This can get very hot on the highest setting!!BATTERY LIFE: As far as how long the battery lasts, I charged it fully (until the charger light turned green) and got about 3 hours of use before the battery died. That was 3 hours of actual heat-use. You could stretch that out over the course of a day, but you may need to charge the battery during the day, so have the charger with you.Overall, I am DELIGHTED with this portable knee/elbow heater. It helped relieve my stiff joints more than I'd imagined it could.WONDERFUL PRODUCT!POSSIBLE NEGATIVES or CONCERNS: If you havemedical issues that cause issues sensing temperature, be careful, as on the hottest setting, if this is right up against the skin, the heat may be too intense for delicate skin. The heat is NOT a feature I'd change, but rather something to be aware of if the user has certain medical conditions.***If there was anything I'd change, it'd be to have this charge via a usb-c plug rather than a round AC type charger. That would add a lot towards convenience! Maybe this will be a feature in an updated version.

This knee strap is very comfortable and stays in place when worn. It automatically shuts off after an hour. It also comes with an AC charging cord, rechargeable battery, and instructions. It has three heat settings, with the medium setting being the hottest I can handle. It heats up quickly and provides nice warmth. I would recommend wearing it over clothing to stay comfortable and keep it clean.

For this to be a cordless device, I'm surprised at how hot this brace gets... and stays! On the highest level, you can get 2-3 hours of continuous heat. It is comfortable with two adjustable velcro straps in the back. The charging battery is easy to remove to charge. The instructions and operation are simple to understand. I didn't think having a cordless device would be like a corded heating wrap but this one is a lot more convenient. This is perfect for traveling, especially on long seated trips, and for cold weather aches when you need to be outside. The heat doesn't last forever but it does the job of keeping warm in the amount of time it does.

The product produced heat and was secure on my knee. The problem for me was minor red burn marks on my skin where the heating coils touched it. It seems like there is not enough padding in those places. Maybe my skin is too sensitive. Whatever the cause, it became very uncomfortable, somewhat itchy, due to the skin contact.

This has been a game changer for me. The warmth it provides is not only comforting but also incredibly effective in relieving knee pain. The adjustable heat settings make it versatile, allowing me to customize the level of warmth based on my needs. The brace is well-designed, providing excellent support to my knee joint. It's easy to use, comfortable to wear, and has become an essential part of my daily routine.

Winter is coming, and with it, so are cold and sore joints. This is a GREAT product! Typically, if my bones are aching I pull out the heating pad and I'm tethered to the wall. Not with this wrap! It's cordless, and the battery pack lasts and lasts! It's excellent on the knees but also works great for elbows, or even as a mini portable heating pad for any area. For the knee, it fits comfortably and is so soothing. I love that I have some mobility freedom, even if my knee is bothering me. This wrap really helps a lot!It does also have a 1 hour auto shut-off which is wonderful.FYI - the hot setting gets HOT!

One thing I want to say out of the gate is that you don't appreciate how awesome heated braces are until you try them and then try them again when you're in pain. This is awesome and will be amazing to a lot of people. You can get a similar effect by pairing a brace with a heating device of some type, but this is just easier because it's far more portable and compact. Something else I liked was that the packaging was nice. You could give this to a friend if you wanted as a nice little gift to help them feel better without worrying that the packaging looks too utilitarian.The only thing I will note is that it can take a bit of getting used to, as you have the heater battery pack attached. It's not so intrusive that I wouldn't wear it, especially considering the benefit of portable heat, but you'll definitely notice it until you get used to it being there. It's kind of like wearing a knee brace in general, which is something newbies should expect as well, if this is their first bulkier knee brace. I would also recommend wearing a stocking or something underneath of this or putting it on top of a pair of pants or leggings. It can help keep the sweat off of it but also prevent it from rubbing against the skin. It's not awful or anything, but it is a different fabric texture than you may normally have against your skin as far as pants and the like go.
