Quercetin Supplements 10000mg - Body Mangement, Immune System & Joint Support - 12in1 Blended with Resveratrol, Vitamin C, Green Tea, Turmeric & More - 90 Superfood Capsules

I got this mostly for the turmeric, of which it provides 600 mg (equivalent) and the Resveratrol of which it provides 1400 mg (equivalent). I'm not as interested in the Quercetin, but it is also a potent antioxidant and anti-cancer supplement, and I haven't had any side effects taking it previously, albeit at a lower dose. This also has black pepper which helps the absorption of the antioxidants. I take one pill every two days which I think is fairly conservative. So far, no digestive issues to speak of. I don't take any prescription drugs and I don't take daily aspirin, a blood thinner that may interact with Quercetin. However, if are being treated with any of the following medications, you should not use quercetin supplements without talking to your health care provider: Antibiotics - There is some concern that quercetin may reduce the effectiveness of certain antibiotics. Speak with your doctor. Blood thinners - Quercetin may enhance the effect of these drugs, increasing your risk for bleeding. Anticoagulants include Warfarin (Coumadin)Clopidogrel (Plavix), and Aspirin. Consult your doctor to verify safety of this additional supplement.

These supplements are quite a good value. I like the fact that the quercetin adds green tea, vitamin C, grape seed extract, and several other herbals as well as the resveratrol. I like even better the fact that a daily dose is only one capsule. It's always hard to know how well a supplement works but will probably continue with it.

This 12-in-1 supplement has quite a variety of ingredients. I don’t know if this combination is synergistic but each individually can be researched for its benefits.I found this product to be loaded with dubious information. For example, nearly every ingredient has its actual Amount per Serving, but many also have “equivalent to xx mg of yyy powder”. Says who? The label shouts “10000+ MG PER SERVING”. Um, no. There is 10000+ mg per serving “equivalent”, based on their word for it. I couldn’t find the actual mg per serving listed on the bottle, but I did add up the actual amounts listed in the amount per serving column. I get 505 mg of actual ingredients. That means the actual content weight is only about 5% of the claimed content. That’s a heck of a concentrate!Also, it has a fairly prominent “Formulated in the USA” emblem. Fair enough, but the very fine print says it is actually manufactured in India. I don’t have any particular reason to question products from India, but I find it curious that I needed a magnifying glass to figure that out. Maybe I should be taking an eye supplement?The expiration date on mine is 08/2026, so the product does have a good shelf life.Some of the ingredients have interactions with other drugs, so please do your research. As always, consult your doctor before taking this (or any other) supplement.

I would think this supplement would be worth the selling price for it's Vitamin C content alone, but it does contain quite a few added ingredients for a very reasonable cost. The quality of manufacture also seems to be of the highest, and you get a good supply for the money.

All the other ingredients were a bonus and means that I get to take less supplement capsules when I take just 1 of these!I love how powerful this 1 little capsule is! And because it includes black pepper extract, I know I will absorb more of the ingredients! Excellent product and so far I have noticed more energy, better digestion, less sinus congestion and less fatigue!Before starting any supplement, please be sure to talk to your doctor or pharmacist to make sure you won’t have any medication interactions or adverse reactions! The item arrived in good condition. Quercetin with Vitamin C. The bottle says 12-in-1 ingredients including green tea & grape seed. I like the variety of herbs in the proprietary blend. The pills have no odor and are easy to swallow. I like how you only have to take 1 per day.The label says "formulated in USA" in a big bold label, but it also says manufactured in India in tiny writing under the ingredient list.I received this in 10/23 and the exp date is 8/26

The small capsule is easy to swallow. I take this during meals with water and really went down easily. I also noticed that it gave me a fresher breath.Vegan-friendly due to the use of veggie caps instead of animal gelatin, non-GMO, gluten-free, manufactured in a GMP-certified facility, and formulated in the USA but no information where it is manufactured from. If you want extra antioxidants you may want to check this out.
