Great quality, easy to use.
Super easy to assemble. I immediately start doing my work outs with it. I am impressed at how many exercises you can do with this machine.It also helps me to do sits up which I couldn't do.You won't regret it.

EASY TO USE
Bought this to help lose my belly fat while toning it also. Easy to put together. The first time I used it, the neck brace made the back of my head sore the next day. Plus the rollers aren’t comfortable so I put a cushion for the back of a rocking chair over them. I also wish the seat had a thicker cushion. You don’t get instructions on how to actually use it either. Sometimes I feel like it’s working my abs & sometimes I don’t. I missed the return window otherwise I might’ve sent it back.UPDATE: After reading this, the seller contacted me & more than fixed the situation. Their customer service was excellent. You don’t find that much nowadays. I highly recommend them. Try the ab exerciser & hopefully it’ll work for you!

Easy to install and everything I was looking for. The trick is to hold a 20-30 pound dumbbell up to your chest and use this machine, you’ll thank me later

Dangerous. Do not buy.
Too bad I can't give it less than one. Do not buy. Piece of Chinese crap. During the first use the band screw poped off and the guy using it hurt his shoulder and back. A week later he still hurts.
