I love bread..yet over the years..bread (wheat and gluten does love me:() so I was pleased to see this book and immediately checked it out out. The book, offers us a varied selection of quick and easy bread based receipes, which I know I'm going to enjoy making. There are some more "advanced recipes" in book, but for a beginner like me....I am pleased with the selection, especially as the ingredients are easy to find and buy. A good book. Thank you.
