I've been taking this ashwagandha for a bit now, and honestly, it's been awesome. it's way better than others I've checked out, and it actually does what it promises. I've been way more chill since I started on it, and my sleep? Game-changer. Plus, I love that it's all about natural ingredients.

These are pretty standard ashwagandha capsules. Mild effects on mood but otherwise nothing special. Price is decent.

I just finished this product and have had no adverse reactions from taking it. I have been taking ashwagandha for years now and felt no difference than how I normally feel which is good in this case because I don't feel I lost anything from my normal supplement to this. I do have a gripe though and that is in the nutritional label. Most companies tell you the % of withanolides. This company does not tell you if it is 2.5% or 5% withanolides. 5% is the recommended % for weight lifters. If they would put the % on the bottle, I would have given this a 5 star review. I am satisfied with the product aside from this though.

My doctor recommended I start taking Ashwagandha. I started with these. I can't say if they worked for me or if it's just a placebo effect. I think with something like this you need to take for a couple of months to measure results.

Since my wife takes all kinds of supplements, it's not easy to attribute any direct benefits to a specific nutrient. The key is that she's very healthy, and stays that way.There is label information on the manufacturer, lot, and distributor. This is important to develop trust in the brand.The price at the time of the review is $0.45/day which is reasonable.

With products like these I find them hard to truthfully review because how can I know if it is working, or if it is the other supplements that I'm taking that are working, or if it's the placebo effect? All I can really say is I have no side effects, the pills are easy to swallow and the package arrived fully sealed. I trust it.

I have taken this product consistently for two weeks. I don’t know whether I should be experiencing the benefits at this point or if it requires longer. However, I have experienced no negative side effects at all. I do feel good and seem to have a little bit more positive energy than usual, but not sure if that is a reflection of this product. I think it’s the kind of thing that only time will tell.Prior to ordering and taking this product, I checked with my physician to ensure that there would be no conflict or problem taking it along with my prescription medications. She gave it the OK. I would suggest to anyone who takes prescription meds to check with their physician first.I'm really hopeful that the positive energy I have will ultimately be attributed to this product!
