It took a few minutes to get used to the buttons, but it heats and has a tens unit type feeling. Very easy to put around your neck. My husband bought this for my neck pain and makes a big difference.

Gives a decent enough massage, of course not as good as a human, but I think it helps me. I'm an average size guy, and the fit is a little tight. Maybe that's necessary for the full effect. Putting a little pressure on the device, like laying down with the massager between me and the arm of the sofa really enhances the massaging effect.

Terrible product. Hardly makes contact with the neck and it hurts like your being shocked. Do not recommend

It is very tight, and does not massage. It shocks like a tens unit. It causes way more pain, nit because of the shocks themselves, but because of I guess where the shocks are. It caused major nerve pain from my neck to the tip of my fingers and down my back all the way to my toes on my left side. It gave me a severe headache. It's awful. I had to give it one star because zero stars is not an option. Total waste of money.Update: The company reached out to us after my review and offered a full refund. They also asked me to test out a new product. They are suppose to send it to me. If I receive it, and it's better, I will update. I will up my stars to 3 for great customer service. If the new product is great, I'll add more.
