Warning! Just one taste and there's no going back to regular olive oils afterwards!
Hands down the absolute best olive oil that I've ever had outside of Italy. It's oh so fresh, with floral notes and along with some sweet and fruity notes too and the traditional nutty olive oil notes. This is a full flavor experience that'll take you there without boarding a plane or selling a kidney for real, high quality, olive oil. It'll remind you of what olive oil is meant to taste like instead of the questionable "olive oil" sold in the US. I love to drizzle it on my steaks, salads, and anything else I can find. It's just that good!

I like it
I like the taste of this olive oil. It is different than the oil I typically use. I will say that I only use this on certain foods like meat and fish. The flavor can be a bit overpowering for certain foods. Also, although it looks really cool, I am not a huge fan of the canister it comes in. I had to pour the oil into my oil bottle to be able to access it easier.

Expensive but good
I would give it five stars if it wasn't so expensive. It is good? Yes. Can I tell the difference between this and the cheaper stuff at the store? No.

Good Quality Olive Oil
This olive oil has a very good flavor. It comes in a pretty can that looks nice even just as a display. It is a little more expensive that I normally spend on olive oil, but the flavor was worth it.

Not good
Color is good but it doesn’t taste like Turkish olive oil. Disappointed.

Great for cooking.
We use a lot of olive oil and like to have both virgin olive oil and extra virgin olive oil on hand. We got this to be a primary cooking oil, when we want the enhanced taste of olive oil, and don't need an extremely high smoke point. In fact, this works great for cooking, and we've not yet gotten it to a smoky level. For me, the taste on its own is very good. I'm not the biggest connoisseur, but I would say it is equivalent to many of the extra virgin olive oils I've tasted. I know the quality levels are predetermined by the processing method and acidity level, but it's hard for me to discern the big differences. This one works for us, as a cooking oil, and sometime combining oil.
