Russell Oxford Long Sleeve Shirt Easy Care

I ordered these shirts for my partner as he has to wear them for work on a daily basis. I ordered them in his size (15.5") and it fit him perfectly. As he is quite tall, we were happy that the shirts fit in length and width. As these types of shirts are, they are not very elastic but leave him enough space to comfortably move without making him feel restricted.The quality of the material is nice and strong and they have a comfortable fit. The white is a bright white that doesn't grey out after washing. It doesn't crinkle easily and irons well.The price for these shirts is absolutely amazing. I would definitely buy them again.

I have a number of these Russells Shirts for work, in various colours and they are good.My only observation is that the abrasion resistance when using a ceramic plated iron over time was only average, NOTE it isnt just about these shirts though , its more of an IRON choice .. So much that I now have a smooth plated iron and there are no fraying problems on the new shirts.Defo my work shirts of choice , good range of colours .Whites are bright white after the 1st wash and remain so , not graying out .The other colours remain vibrant .Stitching is good and secure, they are cut generously though so good for a larger frame than the slim side of body size .

I dont normaly wear white, but it was for my sisters funeral, and it was a realy comfortable fit,it felt like a more expensive shirt, long in body and good lenth sleeves,i was realy pleased, and it looked very nice on the day with my charcoal grey suit, and black tie.It would be very nice in colours.

Purchased for my son who has to wear a suit to sit end of year exams at Uni. Needed something easy care, comfortable and on the thin side for Summer heat. This seems to tick all the boxes. My son reports it is a little on the baggy side but in this case he thinks that's a bonus and will help him stay comfortable in hot, stuffy exam halls. He's happy. I liked the fact that it had a high cotton content for an easy care shirt. Too much polyester, whilst easy on the ironing (or non-ironing in our case!) can make the shirt feel a bit plasticky.

Not that "relaxed fit" is a bad thing - i'd hazard a guess that a good proportion of chaps wanting a 20" collar shirt aren't actually built like a greek god, chiseled our of marble, and just cursed with a neck thats the same width as their head...Actually, saying it's moderately large is probably BECAUSE I was expecting it to be cut like all modern shirts seem to be(excuse the off topic rant that's coming up...)- I've a couple of shirts from the same manufacturer, same range, just one is from the back of the wardrobe from 10 years ago and fits perfectly, so I went and bought another 6 weeks ago, same fit (purportedly) same size (allegedly) and it's 2 inches narrower at the chest and 4 at the waist - annoying in the extreme - it fits, barely, but this led me to trying this manufacturer instead,Anyhow, back on topic...Fit is comfortable rather than necessarily smart and tailored - and don't be fooled that easy care means "no iron" - it doesn't - but it does iron reasonably easily.In short... comfortable smart-casual shirt, that you can actually buy by collar size and it'll fit, rather than upsizing to make sure it'll fasten around your chest/waist.

This smart looking shirt fitted perfectly. Collar fine, sleeves the right length and chest size comfortable enough to to allow a bit of expansion after a hefty meal (unlike some "regular or slim-fit sizes".I'm delighted with this purchase and would recommend it to anybody who doesn't have the wasp waist of a teenager!

Good fit, nice styling (meaning it is functional not flamboyant). I bought the white shirt. Only criticism is the cloth is thin to a point that I would not be comfortable wearing without a vest. This may limit wearing in summer. I have a very pale complexion and I would worry if I were not, the white shirt might look unusual. If this were not the case I’d give it 5 stars.

As a 'solid' bloke, shirts that fit around my neck usually have an extra four inches of sleeve that I could do without. This shirt actually fits perfectly and its pretty good quality for the price too.
