I enjoy using this toothpaste. The tube has a flat top so you can store it upside down and the past is always ready to dispense onto your brush. You do not have to use much to produce a lot of cleaning power. Gum health is very important for keeping your teeth especially if you are over 80 like me. Only time will tell if this paste is effective.

I was having issues with my gums bleeding. I was recommended this toothpaste. I felt a difference right away like my teeth were cleaner than usual. I use this with my Oral-B spin brush. My gums stopped bleeding and my teeth feel very clean. This is probably the nicest toothpaste I've ever used.

I guess this stuff works for gums health already went through a tube and it tastes good. It doea nothing for whitening tho
