This is a great product and a perfect alternative if you don't want to change out the lock system you currently have but need to provide access to multiple people.

First off, the packaging of this item seems pretty basic, which was giving the feel of a typical Chinese product. But that wasn't too much of a put off as long as the product worked.The second downside was the fact that when I purchase an item, I want to be able to use it right out the box. But unfortunately this was not the case. No where in the description or title did it state that you will have to purchase batteries separately. At this point I was already ready to send it back but I really needed this for my airbnb.That last straw was when I found out that the real purpose of me purchasing this would not be satisfied unless I purchase an additional wifi hub it was a no brainer. I was going to send it back.But before I did I tried it out anyway. First of let me say after spending hours trying to setup i finally got it to work. Bluetooth range is decent but with very limited range, you can still create codes and use the key card but you cannot unlock remotely or view usage logs in real time. Just so you know as well you will need to download a app called TUYA app for this to work. The only one thing I would commend is the actual build of the product.It's a pass for me. Due to that difficulty in getting it to full operation, and need for additional purchases to get the full functionalities. Hope this helps in your purchasing decision.

So far works better than masterlock digital boxes i had in past. Even though the price seems low for its feature set, it seems to be good quality, and has been working almost a year and going.Primarily with fingerprint and code opening.Also it syncs with Tuya app and Tuya gateway

The unit replaced and older lock box that had failed. The older unit was not as reliable with the internet gateway and the touch pad was hard to use. This unit has been solid since installation. The only thing you have to make sure is that when you set the unit up, you MUST factory reset it to allow it to pair to your device. It's in the instructions, but not as obvious as it could have been! Other than that, this was super easy to set up, easy to install, is a much nicer and more accurate touch interface and even has a cover when not being actively used. The included "holder bar" to keep the card/key/contents from leaning forward as you shut it was also a nice addition. Definitely recommend. We have the internet gateway so that we can get real time alerts of usage as well.

This Smart Key Lock Box has been a game-changer for me! The Bluetooth, WiFi and fingerprint features make access incredibly convenient. I love how easy it is to manage everything from the app, including setting multiple code types for different users. It feels secure, and the fingerprint recognition works flawlessly. This is perfect for short-term rentals or for anyone needing flexible and secure key management. Highly recommended for Airbnb hosts and realtors!I would definitely purchase the WiFi adapter so you can verify everything thats happening and set codes remotely. That makes it way easier as well.The only feature I wish you could change is the coed length. It defaults to 8 digits and I wish you could change it to whatever specific amount you want. Hope they make the change over an app update.Otherwise, it has worked fantastic. I utilize the fingerprint and the card for the lockbox all of the time and its just a time saver. I cannot make my door a smart lock as they dont make one that fits my door so this works phenomenally for what I need.

Several numbers stopped working -- after just six months this is unusable

The lockbox is great. Bolted to cement wall with screws that were included. Only thing I didn’t like is the required 9 digit code. Would have preferred the ability to choose my own number/digits. Works well so far!
