These lifts fit well in size 8.5 women's shoe and is comfortable. The lift does cushion the heel, providing lift and some arch support.

I have lost 3 inches from my normal height due to spinal issues. My pants and dresses hang so low now, everything has to be hemmed.I also have knee issues and walk with a cane so I cannot wear my wedges or anything with a heel higher than an inch.So I was curious how these would feel.I do feel a slight difference. I chose the 1" insoles. Anything higher than that would probably cause more balance issues than I have already.They are comfortable, although they do want to slip forward a bit. I went ahead and used some double sided tape and that seems to be working.I wear shoes that have a good arch already or if they do not, I have a few pairs of my favorite insoles.These half soles do not interfere with my arch.I think they are fine for my issues, and they are comfortable.The price is a bit on the high side I think.

These insoles do add height, but they are not orthopedic - I didn't get any sense of support for my feet. Maybe I should have known better, but I got the taller ones and increasing the height so much makes my heels pop out of the shoes and creates a lot of pressure on the top of my feet in the shoes. And the foam of these inserts is just too soft. If you need additional height, I'd suggest going with higher heels and a good footbed that offers proper arch support.

This helped lift the heel in a shoe the 0.6" it claims it does. It also gave a bit of arch support as well. Overall, it lifted the heel and provided some arch contour as it was supposed it. It seems well made and like it will hold up to a long amount of wear. Overall, it did as it claims, and is well made so it should last a long while. I recently tried the height increase insoles, and it worked well. The design fits into my flat boots. The material is durable, but can be a little bit soft. It's easy to put it inside any shoe. Not sure it's comfortable for a long walk.

As heel lift and height increase insoles, they are ok. On the positive side, they are light weight and feel comfortable. On the other hand, they are a bit too long and lack any adhesive to keep them from sliding. Just like the insoles, packaging was also very minimalistic.

Hi! I'm so glad I ordered these! I have high arches and short legs, so my feet hurt a lot of the time and I'm often self-conscious that my legs look stubby. These 2.5 cm (.98 in) inserts solve both issues!The size medium inserts don't feel like a full inch when I wear them, so I may order an L (3.5 cm or 1.3 in) in future. The JADE KIT Height Increase Insoles did add height to my flat shoes. For the price of $9.99 though, (the cost at the time of this review) there are more comfortable inserts on Amazon.
