I think that the vitamin drops from this company are a good quality, although I did not have any improvement in my milk production from any of the products that were specifically for me. This was my last ditch effort after trying different flanges, hydration products, different pump techniques, I did not have any success with these supplements, although I had to take them with great regularity.

I increase my supply in 2 days but kept taking fora few more days. Might be a fluke but i felt like it started to make my supply go back down by around day 6. Id say great for initial boost but then back off and let your body do the rest body armour lyte,oatmeal and brewers yeast in home made cookies has kept me in good supply but these are great for the random dips.

I have heard great things about this brand so I gave it a try. I think it did help my supply a little but I gabe it 4 stars because I didn’t realize I had to take 6 capsules of EACH bottle a day. It’s 2 capsules 3x a day. That to me is kinda annoying.

No bad taste. It helps me maintain my supply while trying to decrease the total number of pump sessions daily.
