This is my second Oxygen monitor from Wellue. The first monitor was a wrist monitor with a wire lead to a ring attachment. This unit worked well, but the wrist strap and wire lead would get caught up in the pillows and sheets during sleep. Occassionally, the light from the wrist unit would come on regularly triggered by wrist movement. The light is bright enough to wake you if close to your face. This is not a big deal.The newer stand alone ring unit is less obtrusive. It is very comfortable to wear, does not gt caught up in pillow and sheets and the light from the unit showing does not come on readily. Just tap the dot on the unit and the data shows up immediately. The data downloads smoothly to your phone, but make sure to keep the ring unit close to the phone during downloading.For those of us who experience breathing issues during sleep, this oxygen monitor is a good tool to track oxygen saturation throughout your night's sleep. I really like the ability to zoom into the data shown on your phone and see the duration of time during individual de-saturation events.The oxygen monitor is easy to set up, intuitive, comfortable and easy to use. It also charges quickly. This monitor is worth the investment in a good quality oxygen monitor that works well and is dependable.Grandpa Dave

July 31st 2022 I ordered this item & paid $ 179.99. The first thing I noticed was the thumb attachment seemed very thin on the bottom, I was concerned that it would not be able to take many on & off uses. I am a Nurse and wanted to keep my numbers in check, so I thought this was the best instrument for the job. I have been very careful with this item since right from the day it arrived that the bottom of the thumb attachment was not made sturdy enough to last and I was right, last night I slipped it onto my thumb and the thin piece at the bottom was no longer in tact, due to this the thumb piece having a structure problem right from the start will no long stay on my thumb. I feel that after paying $179.99 for this item it should have lasted more than a year. THE THUMB BAND WAS CONSTRUCTED MUCH TOO THIN FOR OVER & OVER USE. I SEE TODAY THAT THE PRICE FOR THIS ITEM HAS CONSIDERABLE DROPPED. I do hope you stand behind your product. I WANT A REPLACEMENT FOR AN ITEM THAT IS NOT EVEN A YEAR OLD. AFTER PLACING THIS REVIEW IT IS NOW OCT. 7, 2023, NEVER HEARD FROM THIS COMPANY, I REQUESTED THEY SEND ME A NEW THUMB MONITOR OR REFUND THE $179.99, COMPANY HAS NOT MADE AN EFFORT TO SATISFY THIS CUSTOMER. THIS COMPANY MADE AN ERROR IN THE MANUFACTURING OF THE "THUMB" PIECE, WHY DO YOU FEEL YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO STEAL $$$ FROM ME & OTHERS. THE SAME PRODUCT IS NOW SELLING FOR $139.00, WHY! BECAUSE YOU,"WELLUE" COMPANY SOLD A PRODUCT THAT WAS DEFECTIVE RIGHT FROM THE BEGINNING. DO THE RIGHT THING, REFUND OUR MONEY FOR A DEFECTIVE PURCHASE.

We needed a pulse ox for our son at night. This thing is awesome!!! Keeps logs of his sleep patterns that we can show his doctors. Alerts of any drops based on your settings. Stays on finger all night. App is fantastic. Can't say enough good things about this one.

I bought the O2 ring because I would sometimes wake up in the middle of the night gasping for air. I had a sleep test done and was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. My Dr. didn’t think I would need a CPAP at this point, and I hope to lose weight to also reduce the issue. However, that didn’t resolve my sleep interruptions. Since wearing the ring for the past few months every night, I haven’t had a single issue with getting out of breath! The ring truly works. When my oxygen goes below 90% (you can adjust the limit) it vibrates and wakes me up. I change my sleep position and that always works. I barely wake up in this process so it’s not as disruptive as actually being out of breath. The ring has also showed me that I have low oxygen very quickly when I sleep on my back, so I’m learning to sleep in positions that are best (mostly on my side). The ring is so comfortable that I forget I have it on. For anyone dealing with sleep apnea - of course go see a doctor, but get the O2 ring as well to give yourself some peace of mind and better sleep.

Loss of network/false alarms.Low heart rate, which in turn drained batteries on sensor and monitoring device.

This devise loses it's connection every 5 mins or so, it won't work on 5g wifi . What do I need to down grade my wifi to use this product.??? Can't you create an app that will allow it to work on 5g ?

I originally purchased a finger sensor model in Feb 2022 that you wear on your wrist and the separate sensor has a short cable to allow the finger worn sensor to connect to the wrist unit. Worked well and then it appears the connector cable had a break in one of the wires that slowly failed over several days after ~ 5 months. Contacted vendor and got no response. I then purchased a new ring type model with no connecting cable at end of Oct 2022. It failed a couple of days ago (~ 6 month run time) when the vibration mode stayed on continuously until the battery runs out and it would not connect to my PC either. It appears to be an internal hardware failure this time; in any event although the units are useful they appear to use low quality components and are not reliable. The 3 month return warranty is clearly inadequate. May 24, 2023 update. I contacted the manufacturer after my last review requesting a replacement unit based on the above history. Not a word back. may 30 2023 update. The vendor got back to me and replaced the defective unit with a new one as well as supplying me with a second replacement USB cable for the one that was damaged. Changed rating from 2 stars to 4 stars as I really like the product and customer service finally came through

This pulse oxymeter ring is amazing. The ring is comfortable and provides continuous accurate readings of oxygen levels. Is easy to see the numbers and save data automatically. The oxymeter ring is very nice looking and has two alarms one is vibration and the other beeps when readings are out of range. Oxygen saturation and pulse parameters settings are customizable. We are very happy with the product.
