Strong tasting but not too unpleasant, like many others. I like the packaging and this is well priced and from a trusted brand.

This is my second tub of Shilajit resin, so either there is something to it, or maybe it has a placebo effect on me. This little jar has its pros and cons which I have covered below.POSITIVES:- It does have a strong taste but I don't find it bad in any way- Not expensive- Easy to use. I just put it in hot water.- Includes a little wooden spoon for getting measurement right- I found it a bit sweeter that the previous one I used, which was nice as Shilajit can be a bit bitterNEGATIVES:- I couldn't find a use-by date.- Cheaper options are availableSUMMARY:In conclusion, it seems like a good Shilajit resin supplement, that is a little sweeter than my previous one and seems fairly priced for a good quality product.

Anyway, in general, I like the taste of shilajit (I eat it neat) and found Charava’s Shilajit Resin very palatable. While the long-term health benefits of Shilajit are still under research, Charava's Shilajit Resin appears to be a high-quality and trustworthy option for those interested in trying this traditional supplement. A good choice, I think!

I opened this Charava Shilajit Resin and unlike every other Shiajit resin I have had, it had no seal on it whatsoever, also there was no use by date, so unfortunately it went straight in the bin.

30g of Shilajit resin – at current selling price of £24 this in my opinion is not grate value when compared to how much you typically receive at this price level.Per photos with review the resin comes in a non-sealed cardboard box, the resin does have a seal under the screw top lid but this can be removed and reused, so is not tamper proof before you receive.The BBE date on the box I received is missing, per photos which show a blank space where it should be.The wooden spoon provided is ok. I would recommend using one to gauge how much you wish to take and then to transfer this to a teaspoon to see how it looks in there and then using the teaspoon thereafter.If you are new to Shilajit there are many different ways to take it but the method I prefer is to simply place the resin in my mouth and let it melt on my tongue. The taste of this particular resin is just onb the sweeter side of how Shilajit typically tastes and it is quite pleasant.

When you receive this item you may be surprised how small the jar is especially as it states there is sufficient quantity for 120 servings. The reason for this is that it is highly concentrated and you need to use only a very small amount.Included in the box is a small wooden stick that you dip up to the marker in the liquid and then transfer the Shilajit to however you want to consume it. The packaging suggests dissolving it in some hot water or a milk drink. I preferred the milk drink suggestion and the Shilajit has what I though to be a rich toffee flavour.Be careful when you open the jar as the Shilajit is a thick liquid and the jar is filled to the top.As with all health supplements, having faith in them and continuing with their regular use is paramount to reaping any results.I have been using this Shilajit for over a month now and have not experienced any adverse effects. I will keep up with it's use and only time will tell if it has proved beneficial, but I have faith in it.
